Shipping policy

USA Shipping:  We ship all United States orders via USPS Priority Mail. This includes insurance and tracking. Usually ships within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation, except weekends and holidays.

All orders must be shipped to the shipping address on the invoice. The shipping label is auto generated and cannot be changed for tracking purposes. We can not and will not ship to a different address. If you would like your package shipped to a different address, you must cancel the order and resubmit using the correct shipping address. 

Exceptions:  We do not ship to PO Box address

International:  We do not ship international.

Expedited Shipping Cost:
Expedited shipping is available for in stock items.

Store Pick-Up:  Same day pick up is available, call to schedule a pick-up time (817) 966-6199.

For Premium Custom Wigs - it takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks (business days - weekends and holidays not included). Each wig is custom-made to your measurements and specifications, with each individual strand of hair being hand tied and double knotted to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping and Delivery Time Frame:
We provide premium quality units, therefore this time frame is needed to ensure high quality.

For Stock Wigs - all lace wigs available to purchase on the website are in stock, and they ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it can take 1-5 business days for your package to be delivered via USPS, depending on what state you reside in.
