Refund policy

1. Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to request a refund, click here. Make sure the item is not used or damaged.
2. We do not refund shipping charges.
3. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package email@mrsgwen.com

Submit a Return Request

1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
   
   1. Log in to your account:
       1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
       2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
       3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
   2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
   3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
   4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
   5. Click Request return.
   
   If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 Refundable or Returnable Items 

1.  Within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2.  In unused and resellable condition.
3. In original packaging with all the tags intact.

Non-Refundable or Returnable Items

1.  Gift Cards
2.  Discounted, clearance items

Damaged Items

If the purchased item is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of delivered date.

Exchanges

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants.

Refund Timeline

Once your return item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. The refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
