One client change = one update. Do not charge separately for every field or page that must be changed for that client.
• New client: add the client to the directory, duplicate/fill their client record, enter payment information, add their contract link/file and
connect navigation.
• Client removal: remove or mark the client inactive everywhere necessary.
• Existing client change: update a rate, payment arrangement, contact information, service days/hours or other routine client details.

Dropbox can be used to share your completed guide while giving you additional control over access. Depending on your Dropbox plan/settings, sharing options may include:
Anyone with the link or invited people only.
Password protection.
Link expiration.
Allowing or disabling downloads.
Removing access/unsharing when needed.
