Brand Ambassador
A brand ambassador is an influencer who will consistently share content about our brand and products. This is a long-term partnership and because our brand ambassador will be closely associated with our brand, it’s important that we choose them wisely.
Word of mouth is the most powerful growth channel. Establishing a brand community allows us to market involving our customers, rather than marketing to them.
Ambassadors reach new audiences and build loyalty by cutting through the clutter of online reviews and other noise. We're looking for those to find our brand’s biggest fans.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and networking skills, and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of our brand.
Brand Ambassador Responsibility:

Familiarizing yourself with the company mission, vision, and goals.

Educating customers about products.

Sharing and creating social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.

Monitoring customers feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing administrators.

Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.

Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.

Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Brand Ambassador Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality

Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.

Adaptable with the ability to prioritize scheduled tasks.

Ability to travel.

If you are accepted, what happens next?:
1. You will receive an email to confirm your email address. FYI: Your account will be setup with Shopify Collab. The Boss Hair will be able to view your social media platforms that you connect, but we won't have access to your account. Google Shopify Collabs if you have any questions or concerns.
2. During the confirmation process, Shopify will list the platforms to which you will have access.
3. *You will receive a “Thank You” email letting you know a 3rd email will be coming letting you know what brand ambassador tier you will be in and letting you know you will have early access to Shopify Collabs experience.
*You will receive the email if approved with your link to share on your social media platforms (your link name will be the name you entered when applying) along with the discount code that will be automatically populated during your audience's checkout process, or they can manually enter it if it doesn't populate, the commission you will earn on each sale that is processed on our website, the discount amount your audience will receive.
*Based on the social media pages you decide to connect, The Boss Hair will assign you to one of the Brand Ambassador commission and audience discount tier. Connect all or one with the most followers and the most activity.
